⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay — we couldn’t have asked for more! ☺⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exce Casa Saputo is a beautiful, brand-new property, designed with incredible taste and attention to detail. Everything feels high-quality, from the materials and furniture to the smallest decorative touches. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with charming antique details such as the old mirror and table that give it so much character and charm. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Veronica, our host. We travel a lot around the world, and honestly, we have never experienced hospitality like hers. Veronica is an exceptional human being — incredibly warm, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making her guests feel welcome. She gave us so many fantastic insider tips about Palermo: the best places to eat, what to visit, the best times to go, and little local recommendations that made our trip so much better. She was always helpful and even arranged things for us whenever needed. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The welcome package was also such a lovely touch — Prosecco, pistachio pesto and crackers waiting for us. The apartment has everything you could need, including a hairdryer, and every detail has clearly been carefully considered. The location is excellent as well — in a lovely, quiet and safe area, just around 5–10 minutes from Quattro Canti and the heart of Palermo. It was the perfect base for exploring the city while still being peaceful at the end of the day. We were extremely, extremely satisfied with our stay. Casa Saputo exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are considering booking it, don’t hesitate — book this property, you will absolutely not regret it! ☺Our stay in Palermo was nothing short of wonderful, and Veronica played a huge part in making it so. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was just as beautiful as the apartment itself. The apartment is even more stunning in person than in the photos..and I'm someone with high standards when it comes to accommodation. It's an artistic space full of character and soul, thoughtfully designed and incredibly welcoming. The historic building stays naturally cool, making it the perfect retreat during Palermo's summer heat. One detail that really stood out was Veronica's flexibility. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and she kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflects something increasingly rare today: a host who is genuinely accommodating and cares about her guests' comfort. She also welcomed us with a thoughtful complimentary gift, took the time to meet us in person, and throughout our stay she was always available with fantastic recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and hidden local gems. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly looked after. We completely fell in love with Palermo and with this charming apartment. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back, and when we do, this will be the place we'll choose again. Highly, highly recommended.
